Where we ship from:
All orders are made and shipped from Ukraine. Every order is packed by hand with care.

Processing time:
Processing time is how long it takes us to prepare your order before it ships — this is separate from delivery time.

- Kits, wool sets, tools, and ready-made items: 1–3 business days
- Wool Blending Boards: 3–5 business days
- Custom Pet Portraits: 3–14 days, as each piece is hand-sculpted to order from your photos

Delivery time:
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 4–12 business days
- Australia: 7–18 business days
- Other countries: times vary by destination

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. International delivery times can occasionally be longer due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

Worldwide shipping:
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs, duties & taxes:
For customers in the United States, we cover all import duties and fees — the price you pay is the price you pay, with no surprise charges on delivery.

For other countries, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Lost or delayed packages:
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch — we'll help track it down and make things right.
